What happens, when you purchase products from 3DSHEDPLANS™?
All our products (PREMIUM 3D DIY Shed Plans) are digital products, meaning, that we do not ship or send printed versions or paper versions. We send a download link to your email inbox, so you can download the plan and print it yourself. A download link will be sent automatically to your inbox immediately after your order is completed, after we receive a full payment from you.
Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.3dshedplans.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy (after the product has been downloaded).
www.3dshedplans.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
All our products are instantly delivered to customer email inbox (a download link) after payment is received. You will be able to click on the download link and download the plan to your device (10x download attempts are allowed for each product you purchased). You can also download and print the plans and use them for your project or you can read the plans directly from your devices screen from which you’ve downloaded the plan/product. This is the most simple, fastest way to deliver the product to you, so you can use it right away! No waiting.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Non-delivery of the product
Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Downloading and opening issues
It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or opening the PDF file. We are highly recommending to use FREE version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to successfully open all our products. Claims regarding incorrect product display must be submitted within 30 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.
Security
We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) and credit card details will never be emailed.
We do not retain or store any credit card information on our servers or at our place of business. All credit card information that is used to purchase products and services from 3DShedPlans.com is processed and stored by official & secure service provider servers.
3DShedPlans.com’s checkout software includes methods to integrate with payment services. Secure payment forms are connected using SSL encryption and are either provided by the payment service or hosted within the domain where the shopping cart software is installed. If the payment service provider provides the payment form, it is protected by SSL encryption through the payment service web site.
Customer information such as name, email, and phone number may be saved when orders are processed through the 3DShedPlans.com shopping cart software. When a payment service is used to process orders, credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes are NOT saved through the 3DSHEDPLANS.COM’s software or the database that is used by the software.
